Clearfield Community Pilgrimage to Eastern PA - March 6-7, 2024

Last Wednesday, parishioners from Ss. Mary and Michael Parish in Madera/Irvona embarked on a pilgrimage to venerate the "Tender Heart" icon of the Theotokos at St. George’s Church in Taylor, PA. Father was gifted some myrrh from the icon and will anoint anyone who wishes following the Divine Liturgy in Madera on Sunday, March 17.

The next day, the group worshipped and toured the grounds of St. Tikhon’s Monastery and Seminary in South Canaan, PA. We concluded our journey with a delightful lunch shared with Seminarian Evan Ashmore and his family, whom our parish is supporting.
