On Saturday, May 3, His Eminence joined the faithful of the diocese at Holy Trinity Church in State College to ordain Reader Evan Ashmore to the Holy Diaconate. The ordination liturgy began at 9:30 am. and was followed by a celebratory luncheon afterward in the parish hall. 

May God grant Deacon Evan and Matushka Amber many years.
