With the blessing of His Eminence, Archbishop DANIEL, of the OCA Midwest Diocese, His Eminence, Archbishop MELCHISEDEK, accompanied by Archpriest William J. Evansky, W PA Chancellor, traveled to the St. John the Baptist Church in Campbell, Ohio, on December 31, 2023, to celebrate the Divine Liturgy and honor retired Archpriest Joseph Wargo on the occasion of his 50th Anniversary to the Holy Priesthood. Fr. Joseph was also ordained to the Holy Priesthood at that Campbell parish. Archbishop MELCHISEDEK also presented a Synodal Gramota Award to Fr. Wargo at the conclusion of the service. We also offer our congratulations to Matushka Jane Wargo, their children Nadine, Nicole, and James, as well as all the other family members on this wonderful occasion.
