On Sunday September 24, His Eminence joined Father John and the faithful of St. John the Baptist Church in Canonsburg for the Divine Liturgy. During the Divine Liturgy, His Eminence elevated Deacon Theodosius Onest to the rank of Protodeacon. Axios! Many years!
