On Sunday April 27, His Eminence joined the faithful of St. Nicholas in Weirton for the Divine Liturgy commemorating the Antipascha: Saint Thomas Sunday. During its recent Spring Session, the Holy Synod awarded Father Andrew the right to wear the Gold (2-bar) pectoral cross; during the service, His Eminence present this award to him.
